LI: To understand the story behind our flag
Our challenge today was to co-construct ways we can make the most of our learning time in LS2. We thought about what we expected to happen so we could make the most of our learning time then thought about what our teachers expected.
Something I found interesting was that the last country in the world to be inhabited by humans. New Zealand’s history dates back just a few hundred years. This country was inhabited by the first humans only 800 years ago and it was, of course, the Maori who arrived first.
